Problems: None!
The collets‘ cap.
Coolant behaves like young kids. It always follows the path of least resistance. In this case, through the collet.
If you’re using spindle through coolant drills this is unwanted and can be altered with this simple part.
Magnetic tool labeling
It can’t get easier than that.
Today most of the conventional lathes are equipped with DRO systems. Having tool offsets calculated by the DRO makes working with a lathe so much easier.
Labeling of the tools is a thin line between „It washes off“ and „I can’t get it off“
These simple and magnetic parts are ending this for ever.
